Appointment Information
An email confirmation will be sent following your appointment booking. This will contain a link to join the Telehealth appointment. If you are booking an Initial Consultation, you will be emailed a link to complete an initial intake form prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations, otherwise a $50 fee will be charged.
Appointment Rescheduling
Please email Sashi at hello@withsashi.com to reschedule your appointment. Please do this 24 hours prior to your original appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.
Appointment Availability
If you cannot find an appointment time to suit you, please email Sashi at hello@withsashi.com and she will assist you in finding an alternative appointment date/ time.
