Hi, I’m Sashi

I am incredibly passionate about all things health and wellness… in particular, natural medicine and sexual health! I believe that sexual wellness is fundamental to our overall health, and that everyone deserves to experience holistic wellness and pleasure.

I understand how intimidating it can be to open up and talk about health-related struggles, even more so when the concerns are relating to sexual health. Talking about sex and pleasure may still be a taboo and sensitive topic for many people. I prioritise creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for clients to feel comfortable in talking about their health and concerns. I welcome and work with people of all genders, orientations and identities.

My motto is “It’s all about balance.” None of us are perfect, we’re humans after all! I believe in meeting you wherever you are at in your health journey. If you enjoy treating yourself to chocolate and wine, we can work with that! I will work alongside you to implement treatments and interventions that are realistic and attainable for you.

I specialise in a variety of sexual concerns, including sexual pain, sexual interest and arousal concerns, orgasm concerns, and erectile and ejaculation concerns. I also support clients with conditions impacting sexual function, including endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, chronic stress, body-image concerns, perimenopause and menopause, postpartum and breastfeeding, recurrent UTI’s, recurrent thrush and/or bacterial vaginosis, PMDD, STI’s, and mental health concerns.

Whilst these are areas I specialise in, I treat the whole body. Holistic healthcare involves gaining a comprehensive understanding about everything that is going on in the body and how all body systems are functioning.

Clients come to me with concerns relating to sexual health, and whilst we prioritise and treat these concerns, we often end up working on the gut, immune function, the cardiovascular system, and the nervous system to address imbalances in these areas.
